Press Room

HK Metalcraft has 19 mechanical power presses, which include Horizontal, Inclined and Vertical machines. The presses range in size from 6 to 150 tons in capacity, with speeds from 50 to 1,100 strokes per minutes. They are fully automated and feature automatic feeds for material.

Material is purchased in coils and fed through the machine automatically. The newest press purchased is a Bruderer 60 ton capacity with a coil stock reel and straightening machine.
