HK Metalcraft gaskets are designed to keep gases and fluids under pressure from leaking.
Gaskets are manufactured from Steel, annealed to a hardness of 120 Knoop maximum, and from Copper, annealed to a hardness of 70 Knoop maximum, to enhance their sealing ability.
Gaskets are available for over-the-thread, screw-on, stake-on, and pre-assembly (captive) applications.
Our method of manufacturing and annealing of gaskets has solved engineering problems for the following applications by replacing rubber, fiber, aluminum, asbestos, and other types of gaskets.
