These pre-stacked packages of Belleville Spring Washers, available in any spring-quality metal, may be used in lieu of Coil Springs or when space constraints are a consideration. Hi-Stak™ SpringPak™ use guarantees correct orientation of parts and affords the handling, inspection and assembly of only one part as opposed to many parts.
Available in stacks of two to whatever number is needed to fit your specifications, in various thicknesses, these washers are packaged in plastic wrap material with an optional tear-away feature. Proper orientation of the parts—in series to increase deflection for a given load, in parallel to increase load for a given deflection, or in series parallel for a combination of both—increases the product quality and reduces assembly time and cost.
