In 1996 HK Metalcraft recognized the need to embrace the development of Quality Management Systems by becoming ISO 9002 certified. In the ensuing years the industry kept changing, demands became greater, and it became apparent that only the strong, efficient companies would survive. HK Metalcraft started down the path of ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification. This process was fully supported by the owner as well as upper management and involved every single HK Metalcraft employee. As a result, HK Metalcraft was one of the first Automotive Suppliers to achieve ISO/TS status. The results of our efforts have been greater quality levels, reduced costs, shorter lead times, and increased sales.
