With help from the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP), HK Metalcraft trained it’s employees in the concepts of Lean Manufacturing and The 5-S Program. This training has enabled us to produce parts using fewer resources in a more organized environment. Our employees take great pride in the fact that they can have such an impact on their work environment by implementing ideas and solutions that they themselves develop.
