Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Our manufacturing processes are monitored through Statistical Process Control (SPC) charting and automated inspection methods including height analysis and hardness testing. We use in-process inspections and customer report cards to verify conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
Our integration of standardized practices allows us to continuously improve our manufacturing processes, safety practices and costs.
